Founded in October 2019 and officially registered on 8th March 2023. TICOWE operates in Homa Bay, Migori, Kisumu, Vihiga, Kakamega, and Busia Counties.

Counseling, awareness campaigns, home-based care (HBC), and innovative support programs for orphans and vulnerable children.
Free Computer & ICT Training
Providing free computer training to orphans, vulnerable youth, and women — building digital skills for economic participation.

A community primary school serving orphans and vulnerable children, plus a rehabilitation program for street children.
Alternatives to Violence (AVP)
Peace training workshops for community members — 600+ youth trained in conflict resolution and peaceful coexistence.

Quality seeds, fertilizers, climate-smart practices, and farmer capacity-building across Kenya's key agro-ecological zones.
